I was looking forward to the aerated beetroot recipe. May we still see it? The video abruptly came to an end.
I have eaten at the Fat duck before and it has easily been top three in my dining experiences.....the sounds of the seas dish is not just a course its an event.
The meat must be totally cold after all these perturbations... 
Doesn't even look edible.
Jonny Lake is one of my biggest role models when it comes to being a chef. :)  Would love to work for him :)  Would also love to move to England, lol
